Do they respond to emails, or is it better to just try and call them.

 

All tuners try their best to answer questions. I'm sure you understand this but they are busy dealing with a few hundred customers, can't even imagne the email load. Don't take it personally if you don't get a response within a few days, it could be up to a week. They all work incredibly hard to make us happy and we should all give everyone of them a pat on the back and a round of drinks if they want.

 

i once e-maild john and it took him two days to respond, but he responded at 1:00 am same time zone, which tells me he had a lot to do, but was extreemly commited.

 

Yeah i heard he answers emails late. I have heard nothing but good things though!

and yes it may take two days
BUT IT'S WORTH IT

 

Yeah JLP is great! Take the time and send them an email or you can always pick up the phone. I have never had a problem and EVERYTHING was always received on time. The most honest people out there. -Mat-
