Quick question, has any L owners had problems w/ the front window weather strip? Mine is coming up at the top of the window and I was just wondering if anyone was having the same problems?

 

any help suggestions on fixing it? do i need to take out the whole window for that little area?

 

Yup mine came apart, took it to the dealer and they tried to fix it and screwed it up bad. They ended up putting a new windsheild in it.

 

man that sucks, hope it isn't that bad...

 

Mrinaldi has that same problem. I think he just took it off for now after it blew off at the track a couple of times.

 

mine came off at about 80mph goin down the road... have not tried to put it back yet

 

Mine came out in the middle, folded back onto the roof, and at 85 mph when it happened, I thought something had come loose in the motor. Made one He!! of a sound.
Took it to my painters shop and he fixed it.
I know several others that it has happened to.
