Open the hood and if you hear a pretty loud exhaust noise and the coil pack banging up and down against the fuel rail you probably blew a plug. If not you may have a bad coil pack, bad IAC or something?

Pull some coilpacks and check to see if any are damaged. Also, pull some plugs while you are at it...only way to be sure.

If you blew a plug you would know it! It sounds horrible. Loud azz exhaust leak. Pop the hood look at the coilpacks if one is missing from its normal home then that sucks. Either way it sucks when your truck runs crappy. Let us know what ya find. -Mat-

This happened to me friday night on the way home from work. It was a coil that went and caused the plug to fowl.

Yep a bad coilpack will cause the truck to stumble like this. Hope it has resulted in a plug fowling and not something worse.....

Does your truck idle fine?

If your truck is a 99 or 00 it could be your fuel pump going bad or one of the hoses may have popped off... It happened to me and is a known problem with these two years..Good luck!

It could also be a clogged fuel filter? When was the last time you changed it?

Well the problem with my truck was the fuel pump. I droped it off at R.E.M Today and had them change that and the plugs. They told me it should be done around 5 o'clock today (friday).

Johnny

Thanks for the feedback though
