I'm also tired of reading how Ford's screwed another one of us

I'm too tired to go through my regular ranting and raving on how they suck. BUT THEY DO

Thats sucks Bro
Yeah, I do too.

Well here's a praise for Ford.
That F150 worked beautifully for the 29075 miles it was alive. And in the end it did it job exactly as planned as far as saving my life. For 4700 lb hunk slamming through a couple of 6" oaks and head first into a dirt bank (thus flipping rear over nose) landing on its side. The crumple zone took all the abuse, seat belt held tight, airbag only left a headache (no ugly bag burns). All in all it worked great. My next vehical will proably be a F150. After living unscathed through that accident, I have no problem driving another one.

Off topic I know, but I thought a praise was needed with all the bad spotlight shinning around here.

I hope they come to the realization that you are not trying to screw them Jerry and fix your truck proper. The problem is the balance between people who are trying to screw them and the people who legitimately need service. Between the economy and I'm sure enough people abusing polocies that they've swung the other direction on handling cases.
