I'm experiencing a similar situation. I messed up my front bumper (again), and decided to replace it. I found a place here in TX that has the bare chrome bumper (front face bar), no plastics/rubber though. This was for my 99 F-150. $173.00 after tax. Now if I could just figure out how to remove my old bumper, and transfer the old rubber/plastics to the new one, and re-mount...
