Just from the glimpse of the exhaust manifold, I would say that is the new LS1 twin turbo setup from Turbo Technology just down the road in Tacoma. I do my dyno work at there place.

He got it done at a place called Detroit Speedworks. If I remember correctly, he said he ordered a full Lingenfelter Twin Turbo package & they are who he contracted to install it. What all comes with it I have no idea...but I assume its pretty hefty. We havent really talked with him at length yet. Very cool guy though.
