Permission to Launch (From the Man), but I said no
Crusing at lunch time and I come up on a bad accident.
I was gonna make my usual left but couldn't because a Cop car was blocking the road I usually go on. So as I approach the Cop here I am doing the usual let me get my belt on to save a ticket shuffle.
I had the window down as I stopped at the intersection a young Cop was standing a few feet from my L. He looks over and says. Quoted by the Man Do as you must, those things are awesome and a lot faster than my car
I truly would have done an awesome burnout for him, but there was another 5 cop cars, FD, EMS, ETC, a little behind him and I didn't feel like getting chased down to say THE OTHER COP SAID IT WAS OK, I SWEAR
But at least I know there's one cool one in town who likes Lightnings. I only hope it's him I fly by one night while doing a little WOT.

Hehehe I wish cops around here would say that to me. There's a DARE/patrol WS6 TA a cop around here puts around in. I've always wanted to race it but have never had the chance. Next time I meet him at a light I will say:
"That sign up there is exactly one 1/4 mile from here. On green I am going for it..."
"That sign up there is exactly one 1/4 mile from here. On green I am going for it..."
