Ok, Ive been milking this job for way to long and I want to get it finished. My problem is that the amp I have is a little bit to big for under the passenger seat. I fits but with the seat all the way back the bar kinda lays on top of it. Is that a big deal or should I just deal with it? Any other cool ideas to put the amp?

 

Can you somehow remove the carpeting underneath it to make it sit a bit lower?

 

I have that same problem. My Alpine amp is too big and the bar that slides the seat sits on top of it. On my 01 I just removed some carpet and bent the bar. On my 03 I just mounted the seat and amp then unbolted the bar.
