Can you run a 20 x 8.5 wheel on the L??

I guess I should have worded it differently. Is there any bad effects to running that size?

I don't recall if the Harley wheels are that size... They *may* be 20 x 9, but don't quote me on that one.

No, wouldn't be problems running that size, but you would lose quite a bit of tread width...

You should then run a 275 tire instead of a 295.

I think the Harleys are 20x9 if I am not mistaken...with 285 rubber.

OEM Harley wheel is 20x9 with 275/45/20 GY tires.
