Went to the dyno with the Cobra yesterday. Granted the Lightning has soo much more torque and pulls like a frieght train I think the Cobra might take it. What do you guys think>???
Mods are JLP Ram Air, 2.93 upper, JLP tuned Diablo chip.
First 2 runs were on side 2 with both a/f's being in the mid 12's dropping down to 12.0 up top. 3rd run was on side 1 with a/f's off the chart at less then 10.0!!!!!!!
All numbers are SAE corrected.

I know if the truck weighed 1,000LBS less it would be an animal. My next mods are a full exhaust w/ lond tubes and a 4lb lower. That should get me closer to my 500RWHP goal. 480ish maybe>??? These cars simply are amazing though. I am not really a nitrious fan so I doubt I will go that route. It will be getting a KB or Works blower down the road. Just waiting for Works to make theirs which should be a a little while after the Lightnings. -Mat-
those cobras are amazing i see most right off the lot at the track run 12.9's
fastest i've seen in person is a 12.2!
i raced one at the track, i beat him but he missed 3rd, (threw it in reverse
) and he still ran a 13.5!

The biggest kick in the *** for those cars is long tube headers matted to a 3" catback. Unreal hp and tq numbers.
Im ordering a Mystic. Im not sure if this dealer is going to get 2 of them though. Someone placed an order before me and i still need to get a X-plan pin as well. If the Mystic order falls through, then ill get what i can and put about $3K into it. I need to prepare the truck for new motor and trans
