I prefer NX over NOS, just because over the years I've seen less problems with NX stuff. ZEX is also a good alternative I've heard, but have yet to have any experiance with it. Beside the basic nitrous system, a bottle warmer, purge, and pressure guage is also recominded.

Sal @ PSP has a complete NX system w/ 15Lbs bottle and all the goodies you could need, even the throttle body injector plate.

Sal@PSP has a complete NX kit with all the goodies that a lot on here run. Most would recommend a wet kit and the NX seems like an excellent choice.

NOS

I've used NOS equipment on past vehicles and that would be my first choice however NX is popular with our trucks, I'm in the minority but I like the dry setup for low HP add on's.

im going with the new ZEX wet kit. installs in less time and no fire button. it sprays when the throttle is >90% open.

So If I go to Summit Racing tomorrow and ask for a kit? Which kit should I ask for NX wise?? Is there a difference in EFI and wet and dry?? How long does installation take for a wet NX kit??

I think I would buy whatever kit you decide on from either PSP or REM, that way you can get all the help you need in terms of install, tuning, and knowledgeable help.

I'd suggest our PSP nitrous package, especially since it comes with PSP specific items you can't get elsewhere. Plus you've got our support and technical know how since we've been doing nitrous Lightnings longer than anyone. We have kits in stock read to ship. The complete package is $999.00 (it's incorrectly listed on our site as $899.00 back from our Jan special). I'd also recommend one of our nitrous programs.

I ordered NX wet kit from JDM. Kit included full wet system 35-150HP, bottle warmer, purge, blow=off valve. Install by qualified shop was 7 hours, $640.00 labor. I am running 50hp shot and so far love it. Nitrous fires at full throttle. If you don't get carried away, I beleive you will be glad you did it. Only time out, it reduced my E.T. by 6/10ths.
