Question Oilpan Removal

A question for the hard core wrench heads......Does anyone know if the oilpan can be removed on the Lightning without pulling the engine? I was thinking about installing a windage tray, but don't want to get in too deep. I could live with unbolting the motor mounts and raising the front of the engine a bit. I thought I would throw out a lifeline first to those who might know. Thanks.

Yeah you can do it without ripping the motor out but its not fun.

why would you want to put a windage tray in? Kinda a waste unless your pushing out some big numbers and your trying to get every bit of power you can.
