After first starting the truck, either hot or cold, upon first movement about 100 ft, usually making a slight right turn but heard it heading perfectly straight, I hear a weird sound as described in the title of this thread coming from the front left side of the L. Any ideas?

 

Hmmmmm? The power steering pump, an idler pulley.......???

I dont think it would be an idler pulley, maybe the power steering but I dont feel anything in the wheel, and there has never been a problem with the steering before, could something just not be lubed?
