Don's truck is street driven and I'm sure he will be capable of 10-second blasts down the 1320...

Also, someone named Dante in Cali as an 11.07 second daily driver...

I drive with my hoosier DOTs on the street and nitto 555r's. Does that count as street tires? If it does and it should, because my Hoosier DOTs are street legal then my best has been an 11.64...

The weekend before last I ran a 12.35 @ 112.52mph on my bald F1's. Still running the stock 3.55's, converter, and mild street tune.

I did a 12.0 on qtp's on a street night.

I spun the tires all the way down the track, if they would treat the track on street nights I am sure I could do low 11on the qtp's.

J.D. - nice run on the F1's!!!!

NTIMD8 - I don't recall seeing a timeslip or anyone even posting about running 11's on F1's. I think I remember seeing someone post about a 12.25 on F1's, but I think thats the lowest.

Give me about 3 weeks or so. I am fixing to order my NX kit and a 50 shot will definetely get me in the 11's. I have been running in 80+ degrees and 90%+ humidity down here in Texas. And it will be on my 20's, cause I just wore out my F1's.

captainoblivious- Thanks

I am sure someone could easily run well into the 11's nowadays. But noone feels like running with their F-1's at the track.

Exactly, those who are in the 11s feel no hesitance for breaking out at least DRs....

If the track is hooking like it was at WFC6, I'd much rather run my F1s. MUCH more stable at the topend! And I dont think anybody will really disagree with that!

Give me a few weeks, decent air, and a well prepped track, and I'll run some 11s on F1s. I went 1.80 on them in the S/L finals at WFC My local racing consists of a heads up class that I must run a true radial tire, (IE No drag radials), in fact they have to be a 200 treadwear rating or higher (F1s are 300). So I run on F1s ALOT more than most people typically. I've run 8.0s in the 1/8th on them already, and built motor, cam/headwork, and more boost is right around the corner.

Here you go, it is pretty close to a 11 second pass on street tires. You have to give extra credit since it was on big 22" rims.
12.053 on 285/30/22's all the way arround.

I will be doing a 11 second run on 20's very soon. Atleast this is one of my goals that I plan on this year.
