Anyone know the FORD numbers on defects per 100?
I know it, but I don't think I can say. Maybe check out JD Powers website and see if it's in the public domain.
It's not very bad, certainly not real good, I remember when I first started seeing them I was shocked that it's always over 100 for everybody more or less. But if you know how it's figured, it's skewed, EVERYTHING counts, so if you say that "it was dirty and I had the dealer wash it" it's an occurance, and counts the same as "my engine blew up on the way home from the showroom" I think it's kind of screwy myself.
