is this the sticker or hand painted CF kits?

hopefully its the real deal.. nothing like the look of a real tight weave CF done right on a piece.. too bad its sooo damn expensive.

Thumbs up

Looks great, I have all the pieces done the same except the overhead console. I need to do that sometime but I don't want to be without it until winter time.
Looking great though....

Some pictures of the dash area since I believe it is the same kit.

its from www.dash-kit.com , they can do quite a few styles. Its not real carbon fiber though, after talking to the people who make them I found out for sure its not real, that would cost a **** load.
The overhead console and dome light was about 200 all together with shipping and all. You have to send them your originals and it takes about 2-3 weeks or so. The only thing better about the imitation carbon fiber is its easily repaired if chipped, and you can select colors instead of just black/gray.

Looking good Derk!
All my parts went out last Saterday, we will be able to remove the back window shroud and reinstall it ourselves. Will help you with yours if you would like, it'll save a few bucks!

Derk? ...

Steev: sounds good bud, what made you change your mind about doing the shroud yourself? Is it a pain in the ***?

Jon installed a powerslided rear window in a truck this weekend and said it's really easy. We will be buying some seal real soon once my shroud comes back, I can pick a extra seal up for you if you want? Should be cheap... like under $20.

If the seal is not the fat one like I have now then that would be cool. So your putting a power slider in your's or no?

No Slider, it was another truck members ride. The seal is basically caulking material that will contract/expand with the heat/cold. You will never see it as it attached underneith the shroud.

hmmm...I dunno. That means there will be a gap between the shroud edge and the cab right? Maybe, Ill see how your's looks when its done... I dont want a gap if I can avoid it, it looks incomplete that way IMO
