Option for 2003, but you can get them seperately from Ford and put them on the 02' models.
As for the SRT-4, it's fast, gonna be easily modded, and good handling which I give it and dodge major credit for, but no matter how you look at it it's a still a Neon, and I never liked them.

I wish someone made an AWD kit for these things!! I know there is a RWD 8.8 inch kit available (for LOTS of $$$ I hear) but I would love to pay homage to the Rally-inspired Cosworths across the big pond...
