You might consider a Roush kit (Coils, leafs, shocks, bumpstops, end links, etc.) oryou could peacemeal it and use QA1's (12 way adjustable)
Regardless of the vehicle you transitioned from, it should not make your teeth chatter, even if your on roads from the state of PA. Ride in another's 03 L and then get back with your dealer.
