Why don't you want to see them now?

Kinda cool but I think the wheels look too cluttered.

I bet they look so sweet moving though I saw a 2003 Expedition the other day on a set almost identical to those and when it drove by me it looked like it was moonwalking!

I put those wheels on the red Lightning. They look cool when moving. They spin real fast after comming to a stop from 120mph. The only thing I did not like is they weigh a ton. I am sure the wheels on my dads F-350 are lighter than those 22inch spinners

You would be considered " cool " if you were driving through South Central LA with that truck with spinners.

Way to cluttered, way to much weight and way to much $$ wasted.

I think **** is right, spinners are considered to be a big deal out here. You dont even know how many crappy (and some nice) cars i see on 22's. Ive only seen a couple spinners but . .. . well put it this way theres a song on the radio that strictly talks about em, yeah its dumb. I think they weight too much and i dont really even like how they look.

Oh yeah and its a matter of opinion of course, im just saying a general younger crowd take on it.

I believe it to be more of a design novelty than anything. However, if you see your Lightning as a cruising, boulevard-bruiser-type sport truck, then I think spinners or any form of 22s would be suitable for your tastes. If you see your Lightning as a strictly performance vehicle, then adding that much weight based on appearance only would be blasphemy.

To each their own. And let's not forget that a lot of the older folks also have 22s or 20s on their trucks....

As for me, I wouldn't want them on my Lightning. However, I would love a set if I had an Caddy, Mercedes, Range Rover, etc.

I am 24 and personally would not put them on my Lightning. In person they look nice. The guy I put them on for is in his 50's. Not really a younger crowd fad.
