YA BABY, THATS WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT

I know some say they feel no differance, but the day I put my S/B Accu-Fab and Plasma Booster on (did at the same time),
I felt a world of differance. The response is night and day differance, and the WOT is soooooooooooo nice

CONGRATS GOOSE
Sounds like your happy with it

yeah I also talked to mark at LFP about extrude & hone plenum and upgrading to the single blade throttle body. I think later down the road that is something I will do. Can't wait to do it, just can't do everything all at once.... great to hear your happy with the mod. Shane

I got the extrude & hone from Mark at LFP, when I was at the WFC6. Also I got the Billet Flow from JL. The Billet Flow looks a little bigger and looks to be better made. I am very happy with both

How much, and did you have to send the stock one back to LFP?.

The Extrude Hone upper is worth all of about 5-6 hp and an equal amount of torque over the stock upper plenum. And these are all verified results on a dyno done the same day back-to-back, so there's no question about the validity of the numbers. So, is it worth the $150...depends on what you're comparing it to I suppose.

How modded was the truck these dynos were performed on? IMO, there would be a difference between the gains of an EH plenum on a stock truck and a heavily modded one...

cyntaxx,

6 lbs. boost over stock, chip, BaBolt single blade, K&N filter and box mod, Silver Bullet cat-back, electric fan and Meziere water pump, 160-degree thermostat, Denso's and Swanson oil 'fix'. It's about middle-of-the-road as far as mods go. The good news is one that I had ported by someone in town only gave me 4 hp (dynoed on the same day as well)...so Extrude Hone is better than nothing but probably provides minimal gains when you're forcing air in at 14 lbs. of boost. The next one going on is going to be port matched, Extrude Honed and Jet-Hot coated...just for shytes and giggles.

Hmm looks like a mod I'd consider after some other ones take priority first...

Or if the price went down I could stomach the purchase...

Looks to me like it's about the same gains as a SB TB but a lot cheaper....

But then again upgrading to a SB from my stock was less than 100 bucks out of my pocket
