I think this one is photochopped. The exhaust should still be on the passenger side and it's not in that pic. However, I have seen a right-hand L before...

An EASY photo-chop... It's just a mirror-image.

That guy on SVTLightnings.com got it from the ford media sites.
That was one of a list of pictures
The pictures were all the same all views of trucks coming from the left. If you look here you can see 3 shots all with the truck heading to the right... Someone flipped the pic to make it match the others http://www.svtlightnings.com/svt/lig...ing_photos.htm

Ford or thier media dept flopped it to look better with the other shots..

I flipped it back for you -
