How much 4 an 03?

I am looking to import back to the UK a new `03 L. I`ve previously run a 2000 model. Dealer will supply me black in stock ready to sell $33,000+shipping total $35,000. Is this good or should I get a better deal? Will the new one be much different in performance, as it`s only 20hp. What are the best performance mods I can have done. Is it worth going the Kenne Bell route. I will use the truck as a daily driver only. Kenne Bell say a gain of 100hp @ 16psi would be max for me using 95octain gass. Many thanks in advance.
P.S My old truck would scare the evo brigade over here, big laugh! With new one I want to blow them away!!!!!

If that 33k is comparable to what we would pay here, then I would say you can do better. I think you can get pretty close to 30k.

I would be nervous about putting the KB blower on a stock engine. I know a few have done it, but when you up the boost, you run the risk of breaking a rod.

I got mine for $28,574.60 on A plan. I would say 33 is a little steep IMHO. You should be able to get one for 30 or 31.

Yeah sounds a little pricey, but you know how those imports things go so its understandable thats its a bit higher. However if the invoice price is actually 33 and then import tax and then shipping, i would say yeah, try for 31 at least.

As for the Kb with 16 psi, yeah i say go for it long as you do the work properly and have it tuned well, just make sure you keep it safe and itll be fine.
