ok, this is not a pic of the truck before and after, this is a pic of the actual shackles. on the left is a Belltech 2' shackle and on the right is a JLP 3' Shackle, if you notice there pretty much the same height!

does anyone wanna buy some 3inchers off me? i'll sell them cheap!

The shackles are the same height. which I pretty much expected. They could not be any longer, but they do look more reinforced and more importantly the holes are different (farther up).

Don't know if it will give you another inch, Guessing not if you are putting pics up.

I do agree with everybody else. If there was a 3 inch shackle then it would have been out by now.

my JLP 3 inchers are EXACTLY the same length as my Western Chassis 2 inchers the JLP looked to be a little heavier and with better quality bushings tho, so I do run them.

Don't have a picture, but I just did the swap; I measured them, and the bolt holes are exactly 2 inches farther away from the pivot. That is how shackles are designated; by how far the bolt hole is from the original shackles hole. Not the actual drop involved.

well i mailed my check out for the 4" JLP shackles last week, so they should get here any day now i'd hope.
Definately not expecting 4" out of them, dont want that much anyway. But i should hopefully gain another 3/4" to 1" more than the 1-3/4" i've got right now with the belltech 2" shackles.
then after i do my 1" front drop the front and rear should sit pretty even.

I'll take pics of the belltechs next to the JLP 4" shackles when they get here and i do the swap
