Caltrac Question

To remove the front bushing from the leaf spring, do I have to get them pressed out? Or is there a easy way to get them out at home?

I just melted out the old bushing with the torches and pounded the new on in with a big socket and 3 lb mallet. That burnt rubber smells good.

I had mine pressed out. Less mess and I have them to reuse if I ever remove the CalTracs.

the easiest way to remove them is with a c clamp ball joint remover & installer.
