Why can't this intake manifold be used with the 32V 5.4's here???

Why can't this intake manifold be used with the 32V 5.4's here???

This is it here...............the Aussie version of a 5.4L DOHC 32-valve engine:

I know that there's been several issues with finding a donor intake manifold here in the states for the 32V projects...............seeing as how this comes straight from Ford itself (AU), can this be done..............any import/export issues??

Hell...........after reading more about it, why don't they just use that whole engine here in the states.................Talk about potential.........throw a blower on there, and WHOAAAAA!!!!

No way to put the Eaton and I/C on that manifold. They are 32v N/A intakes available here. The blower intake is completely different.

Anyone know what those numbers convert to?

290kw, 520Nm...

But, to give you an idea, the new STi spec C in Japan puts out 206kw, 394Nm. And, that's a 281hp, 300lb-ft car.

290kw works out to around 385hp. Aboutthe sam as the Cobra R. As for Nm conversion still working on that. But I would say between 380-410ftlb's of torque.
