How many Mustang owners?
Well, I have been a Mustang owner for awhile as well.
Started with a 93 coupe in 1997, had a few things done to it, was a fun car.
Sold that and got a 1996 Cobra.
Did some suspension mods, and such to it, nothing major, Wow, what a difference in ride and handling, and braking, and ...ect.!
Had it for a year or so, but sold it due to overheating issues.
1996's had issues with that...
Then got my first Lightning (a 2000).
Had it for awhile, and then wanted to downsize a little, and went to sell it.
It got stolen, and was "replaced" by a 2001 GT.
Drove the GT for awhile and decided we needed a truck again.
Soooo. now we have another 2000 Lightning, we just got it in February. (Will be keeping this one for awhile)
Well, we also have a Jetta, and it is up for sale...Sooo...To replace it...
Just picked up a DSG 2003 Cobra on Monday!!
So now we finally have the combo!!

I've had 3 so far...a 94, 95, and a 99 and still love mustangs to death. Best car Ford makes IMO. Anyhow stangnet and corral are both good sites for tech help and insight and mustangworld was always cool to check out some stylings that other people are doing to their rides...good and bad. I'm sure you'll have fun with it though whatever you do
Thanks to all that replied. I am finding that these are a very popular little car. Having already spent a few more $$$$ than
I had originally expected to on all the "necessities" which included a new Flowmaster American Thunder exhaust, and 4 new 225-60-16 tires, it will be going to a friends body shop to get touched up and buffed. Then I can complete the interior cleaning and it will be ready for my daughter to learn to drive.
I am looking forward to getting a little windshield time in it myself this summer.
Thanks again.

As far as mustangs go, Ive got a 65 GT coupe project(almost done)with a 347 EFI stroker small block, with Roush/world heads and Tremec 5 sp about ready to go in it. I also have a real solid and correct Calypso Coral 70 Boss 302, that will be the next project. But before that gets started, I need another garage as Im out of space and the wife wants to know when she can put her car in the garage.

If you remember a Titanium 1990 GT at FFW in Sept 1994 running 10s, that was me with my paxton equipped monster. The saturday before the race on sunday i kept puking paxatrac fluid all over the staging line
Back in those days JBA was the top dog out of San Diego. Ever run at Terminal Island back in the day?
