It takes a long time, but it is definitely worth the wait!

Took me 6-7 weeks, but that was when Sal was buried. I'm sure it's much quicker now, and I would definitely recommend them as they've been handling me very well since.

I'm sure Sal can tell you exactly when to expect it.

Chip order times vary based on many different things.
the obvious is if we are swamped which had been the case in the past. Since we closed for a month to catch up, we are doing very well getting orders out in a timely manner, but other things can affect the time as well. People must understand that getting a chip from us is different than getting a chip from any other vendor. WE are the manufacturer; we build each chip, make the boxes for the 4 ways, wire them all up, and custom calibrate each program per vehicle. It's more involved that simply selecting a program from a file library supplied by the mother company, burning it on a chip, and putting it in a box. We do our best though, to make sure that our customers get the best service we can offer, before, during, and AFTER the sale.

Dunno who the "guy in AL is", but I have not planned to change vendors. I had been cosidering taking on additonal chip brands, just to broaden the selection of vehicles I can do chips for, but that idea is still just an idea at this point.
