My friend is thinking about purchasing a brand new 03 Mustang GT. She knows they have the 3000 dollar rebate OR 0% financing right now but I didn't know if it would be better to go X-Plan rather than the rebate....

You still get the rebate with an X-plan deal, and if she has a really great credit score, then she might actually get a lower payment with the rebate and a standard rate.

 

Yeah what he said. Plans do not exclude you from getting rebates...despite what some scumbag dealers might say.

I bought an '03 Gt on x-plan last september, and I think it was about $23,500 on a car that had a sticker price of $26+. It was the "premium" model that had leather, and it was a 5 spd car.

 

does that $3,000 rebate also go with the 03 Cobras?
