Normally I would just say "What a tacky truck" but this guy opens himself up for ridicule by saying he put Lightning badges on it. And he calls this a Lightning look-alike? Heh heh heh.

Well, looking at the marks on the pavement where he snapped the shot , I am assuming a "well tuned" 1st Gen must have passed by recently.
