I have made a major decision in the past few days and there is no turning back now.
I have contacted a fabricator and will be having them build me a rear engine dragster later this year, probably over the winter.
I have already put my slicks and rims in the Classified adds here, and will be putting my Lightning on there as well later this summer. As is, mods included.
I had been away from the racing game for many years until I purchased the Lightning 2 years ago, and after taking it to the track, I realized that I have to go back and fulfill my desires.
I really enjoy this board and will continue to read and respond.There are many, many good people here, with a wealth of information.

Good luck to you in your decision with the dragster. Once racing is in your blood it is very hard to let it go. You have got a little tease in the last couple of years racing your Lightning. Now it is time to do it and do it right. Let us know how everything works out.
