That is the one I have. It works great. I picked it because of the extra filter surface area.

Mike Troyer sells them. Follow this link.

I also purchased one from M Troyer for my 02 Blackwood.
I believe they are pretty much all the same for the 5.4 although there may be some small differences. The box art on mine said for a 98-02 Navigator but it looks very similar to the PSP I had on my 99 Lightning.

In any case, the quality is top notch and the sound is awesome even on a normally aspirated 5.4 like my Wood. I think you would not go wrong with this particular filter.

It is a different part. The one for the regular F-150 has a polished SS piping from the TB to the filter. the kit for the Ls is just a filter that bolts ot the MAF.

All this is from Mike Troyer (Superchips_Distributor) www.troyerperformance.com/

Regular 4.6/5.4:

Seems like to me all these filters do is pull hot air from under the hood. Sure they have more filter surface area but what good is that when the air under the hood is 60F hotter than the air comming through the fender.

PSP and I think JLP make setups that pull air from the fender. U might want to check them out. If you are nervous about water and snow getting in which they say cant happen, My JDM intake fit great adn installed in under a half hour wiht the help of Dons Bolt. It is a nice kit.
