Well, after 7 hours of fighting tooth and nail with the dealership Friday I am driving my new 03' Sonic Blue Cobra. Paid invoice for it and they gave me 24k for the trade in....

I do miss the L already though

 

Nice cars, tough to haul lumber or other crap in, but nice cars. Didn't take long to put mods on it thats for sure

there is a ford dealership right across the street from razor's edge motorsports...if he went to the maroone ford that is there, he could have gone right from the dealership and in about 1 minute been at razors edge

You better have enough miles on your car this week, cause next week we're taking each other for a ride...............and then we're swapping..............just around the block............say from I-95 to I-75 on 595, getting off on each exit??

I put the filter on yesterday. LEt me tell you what a bitch that was to get it to fit.

I won't be putting on the other stuff until I get the car broken in. I will say this though~ I didn't realize how fast my Lightning was until I goosed the Cobra.

I'll be at Tower's this Friday...........Let's TRY and get there as early as possible....................never later than 6pm! The parking spot I got the last time was deplorable, atrocious, and downright depressing!!!

I had a riced out blue V6 Mustang with 16" aftermarket rims and a Commando body kit.............a red V6 Mustang, WANNABE Mach 1 (I WANTED TO POLITELY ASK HIM TO LEAVE!!!), a Riced out Hyundai, and a Civic with Lamborghini doors. I had the "Please kill me now look all night".

There's tons of Cobras, Steeda-tuned GT's, and sometimes some Saleens out there every week, so if we get there early enough, we can land a few spots with them.

BTW...............I know you'll kick my a$$ rather easily, so the only reason I'd run you is just to see how close I can keep up with a Cobra to get an idea of what I can run up against...............that, and I've never been in an '03 Cobra, so you have to give me a ride in your beast too! :-)
