Question Bogart 15 inchers....

Do you have to shave the front calipars for these to fit? I know some guys are running them but I need to know how much grinding is involved. If it's too much I'll just go with 16"...Thanks

JeffsLightning,
They do need to be shaved, I am not sure how much has to come off but some does have to be removed.

Ok Bill that is what I thought. I just want to see how much i.e. 20 thousandths 40 thousandths or how much. I think Sal has said in the past that on some wheels you had to grind allot. In fact he said he would not drive a L like that except for racing... I can go with a 16" but my tire sizes are limited... Thanks

Front ones have to be ground but not like the rear, you have to take about 1/4 in off the rear and sand the inter rim too at least I did.

I'm only concerned about the front calipars because I already have rear wheels for the slicks. If the fronts require very little grinding I would go with that setup...I just don't want to comprimise safety on my braking system for the street... Thanks

Jeff I have the Bogarts in the rear and also getting for the front. There is a small casting bump on the front calipers that needs to be ground and smoothed. Hope this helps
