I would recommend 18 inch long 45 degree slash cut truck/suv tips. 2.5 in/3.5 or 4 out

cyntaxx . . .when i got my mufflers installed the welder said i needed like a 6" long tip at themost. How would he weld on an 18". there would have to be some bending involved there because the mufflers themselves are only like 18" away from the cutout in the ground effect. how would he install them?
thanks for the info

Well, the way I plan on doing it is to have the tips stick out about an inch or two. I run straight pipes so length is not a problem as I will just cut the pipes until everything fits. You could try that, depending on how much room you have to work with. If you are running into the muffler before you get everything to fit, I dunno what you would have to do....

Good luck...

I am running 4" - 4.5" slash cuttips I think they are 14-18" long they will fit fine as long as the muffler(s) are up front the biggest problem is streching the pipe to fit the tip you have to make alot of passes with the weld to fill the gap from a 2.5" pipe going into the tip mine came out alittle messy but it is all stainless welds, pipe, ect so it still looks neat plus it is underneith the truck anyway
I will try to measure the exact tip length tomorrow and get back to you I believe they are magnaflo stainless tips
Hope this helps

They are 14" I know you can cut them with a nice band saw if you can't get the shorter ones it will look like a factory cut if you have a band saw
Goog luck
