Hard to clean hood

I went on a road trip a few days ago in the L and we passed through and area with a lot of bugs. A lot of the bugs are still on the truck even after i washed it, well its not much of the bugs but like u can tell sometihng is on there, its not scratched i just cant rub it off. Anyone have any suggestions what i can use to take them off? Thanks.

Meguairs Cleaner Wax should bring them right off thats what ive used before. From now on keep regular coats of wax and things will come off your paint easier.

Clay Bar

Once you use it, you'll never understand how you got along without one

I second that, Clay Bar. Just do the whole truck because the clay bar takes off all the wax. You'll need to re-wax your truck afterwards. Todd

I will third the motion..

a couple of tips.. dont use the whole bar just tear off a piece and flatten it out.

also, you can use it while you are washing the car, just make sure you are using plenty of sudsy soapy water for lubrication..

Good Luck
Dana
