gains with hi flows?

I was wondering if you see any gains by adding hi flow cats. I have the Silver Bullet exhaust. I didn't want to get headers untill after i got a built motor ,whenever that may be.

Tim: I couldn't find the thread I thought I remembered as to showing gains............. That's why I worded my post the way I did.

You will for sure see an increase in the loudness of your exhaust. I have the Silver Bullet catback with high-flows and it sounds awesome but is right on the boader of being too loud.

I gutted my high low cats and removed the rear O2 sensors. I passed emmisions last week no problems. All they did was check under the truck with a mirror to see the cats and connect to the OBDII port. No codes so I passed.
BTW, I had straight pipes with the stock manifolds and dual cats a couple of years ago. The JDM headers, gutted cats, and silver bullet exhaust I have now is louder than the straight pipes which were pretty loud.
