Justin:

Just do a search on college station on the search function and you will find a lot of folks over the past two years or so.

And Justin..........it's COLLEGE STATION, dammit!

I live in Navasota, now. I grew up there, moved to CS while I was at A&M, and am back in Nav, now.

The nearest track to CS is in Navasota (1/8 mile), but it SUCKS. Don't waste your time or your money. I always went to Sealy with the Houston guys. It's about 1.5hrs from CS - check www.haloclub.com to see when they run. I know Fridays are big there, though. There's always HRP in Baytown (1/4) and I think there's another 1/4 track in Academy. TWS is a few miles south of town on HWY6 - doesn't have a strip, though. However, they do club races and stuff there from time to time - I'm sure if you call you can get some info on running on the oval...

i live about 45 minutes to an hour away from college station but i will have a friend going there next year and will probably be visiting quite a bit. . .imgoin to UT in san antonio. The only track worth going to around here is Baytown for sure. It is in fact the fastest 1/4 track on earth. Top fuel just set the speed record there a couple weeks back. Anyway . . . college station is ok but ur not too far away from san antonio and austin obviously so its good. Maybe ill run into u sometime when im visiting my friend or even at the track.
later
