Well, the problem is obvious, you don't have any PSP parts on that list .

 

As someone told me once, there jest aren't any

how was your 60ft time and what were the conditions and altitude?

 

What kind of 60' times are you getting?

Any traction bars?

what kind of speed at the traps?

what temperature at the track?

elevation?

You're right, an 8lb chip n pulley should run better than 12.9

 

Did you forget to unhook the trailer with your other race vehicle on it?

More Info needed. 60' time? Weather? Race experience? Did you mod after purchase? I'm assuming you bought as is from HIGH ROLLER? A quick perusal of the NLOC website reveals the following re HIGH ROLLER:

77 HIGH ROLLER -------- 1.800, 12.490 @ 109.40 (01, Silver) CLTWD

Based on this info, you should not have fallen off this much, weather or what not. Something be wrong SON! The MPH tells the story here. Check the plugs, gas, fuel filter to start. Good luck.

temp was in the upper 60's best 60ft. was 1.83 best mph 104.38 the mph is telling me I'm not making the power I should be . spun a little bit but not enought to kill the mph that bad.

 

matt took of his mods except headers , electric fan I added everything else.

 

An 8 lb pulley creates huge amounts of heat. If you don't have some kind of add on fluid cooler, it's going to hurt things for sure. If I recall correctly, Matt ran that 12.49 with a 4 lb lower pulley and I am pretty sure it was on the street side of his PSP chip, and also on drag radials. I think that's correct, Matt can verify.

 

Something doesn't sound right with the times. Can you post a copy of the slip? Maybe we can see where you lost some time.

An 8lb with a chip should be doing alot more than that.

Check out my sig for what mine is running with the 6lb. I weigh in at 250 lbs, when my son drives it, he can knock a tenth off my time due to his weight of 130 lbs.
