Magnaflow Tips

I am currently in the process of placing an order today for a set of the 4" Magnaflow tips. I just need to verify that they are the correct part before I do. The ones that I plan to order are:

I am buying the Magnaflow 45 degree cut tips. They are 4" in dia, 2.5" inlet, 18" in length and the part number is 35146. I am told these will fit the Lightning with no problems but I wanted to check with those that have been there before. Will these just bolt on with the stock clamps or will I need different ones? I can get two of these tips for $52.00 and they have the rolled edge.

That sounds like the same dimensions of the tips that came(welded on) with my JDM Magnaflow c/b? D/k about the p/n?

They fit in the cut-out facia but are almost touching each other(tips aligned side-by-side) which gathers small bits of rocks and sand.

The JDM tips are custom cut and welded.. I havent seen off the shelf tips that will fit lightning without requiring a welder or saw

I'm getting the Magnaflow 35107 to replace my scraped Bassani tips. Mine's a weirder situation though, since I have to adapt to the Bassani aft-pipes.
