How do I get rid of oil in the intake without using a catch can?

doesnt Ford's new $7 PCV fix this? (or at least alleviate it somewhat?)

link,but couldn't find "2 part kit" in "products section? What is second part, other than EV98B? Is the other part available from Ford. Do you have product number & price for Swanson kit? Thanks Dan.
