Angry WTF is the matter with people. :(

My best friends RX-7 was just stolen out of the parking deck at my office. I've parked my Lightning there on numerous occasions. This SUCKS. What the hell is wrong with people.

He spent so much time, sweat, blood and money working on this car. It was one of his prides and joy, and now some a-hole just goes and steals it!

WTF is wrong with people. While we're "saving Iraq" from itself, who is saving us form OURSELVES. The blatant lack of respect is appalling. This is not a car that can just "tip toe" around either, we think it is an inside job with someone at the deck. The car is bright red, had two alarm systems (though no tracking unfortunately), and is VERY loud when running. Besides the fact that any "joe schome" who has never driven it would have one hell of a time with the 6-puck racing clutch.

I have no words to describe the feelings in my right now. Shock, rage, disappointment. This is disgraceful.

Any of you northeast NJ guys, if you see this car:

Call the police and report it.

More then pissed,
Dan

My friends post and info:
My car was stolen tonight, from the Newport North Garage (the one in front of sears, if you're facing Washington Blvd)

the License Plate was JUG 67B
it was a 93 VR (Red) FD
has Work Meister S2R Wheels
AP Racing Front Brakes
Alpine 2 Din 3 Disc Stereo
RD Tanabe Racing Medallion Exhaust
HKS T04R
Datalogit
Power FC
Feed Strut Bars (Front and Rear)

sometime between 4PM and 12:30AM

I had an Alpine 8081 alarm

and yes.. I called the cops already
I don't even know what to say ....

she was my baby...

everything i had...
everything i ever wanted... i dont even know how to describe

Im still in shock, I don't know what to do.
If you guys happen to see it, please email me mitch@oracleofmitch.com

That sucks, and I feel sorry for your friend, but this stuff is happening every minute of the day. There are even a lot worse crimes than that happening. There is no excuse, but don't expect it to stop.

That sucks Pawn
I hope your friend has good Insurance, and can rebuild his dream.

And I hope the SOB gets caught, arrested, and dry butt ****ed by an aids infected 6'11 giant in the Big House.

BTW
You'd be surprised how many of these garages have camera's running 24/7, CHECK IT OUT, it may be on film ???

That blows. And what really sucks is that it's most likely sitting in someone's chop shop in Newark. May'be Union City because of it being stolen from J.C. And I'm sure the J.C. police were MORE than happy to help him out, right?

Best of luck.

Dan

They found it in Newark, but we won't know in what condition until morning.

His last car that was stolen (honda prelude) ended up in newark stripped.

We're hoping they only had time to take the wheels.

The parking deck also does have video, but we can't view it until Monday...

Lts of Monday stuff. Very annoying.

Not that it matters at this point, but I'm just curious. Was he parked at Pavonia Mall? If so, that's a gated garage. I guess they punched two tickets on the way in somehow to get your bud's car out?

That sucks either way. Sorry again to hear it.

Our work parking deck is one of the pavonia mall related decks, yeah. Its not the main attached one in front, but the one in the back right across the street from SEARS/the old Maceys.

It is a gated deck as well, and has video as well as supposed "guard patrols". That's one reason we're rather suspicious about it being a possible inside job.

This is just another reason why I believe in capital punishment.

Stealing people's cars should result in the removal of your right foot.

I totally agree with you...

A close friend of mine had his car stolen from right in front of his apartment building not too long ago... It was not even a car worth stealing, but some worthless POS decided that it was easy enough to take and so they did.

People suck.

Start shooting and/or beating car theives within an inch of their life and you'll see a major slow down in activity.

NJ has some parts with very high high amount of cars stolen. Why, cause they get kids to steal the cars. If a kid gets caught, a couple month in juvy and by the time he's 18, no record. Real punishment there.

Dan - it sucks. I know, my car was broken into at work, in a big open parking lot. Just plain sucks.
