I was just thinking tonight, and wanted to see what other people thought. Our alternator only draws power when it is "on" and charging correct. Well, could you wire it up with a solinoid that when you are going down the 1/4 mile you could turn it off, then flip it back on after your run. Seems it would have to net you a few extra hp's. Anyone ever done this???
