I lowered my truck with the 3/4 and removed the bumpstops. I get a buddie to bounce on the bumper and it is hitting something that im not seeing. Do you think it my stock bilsteins bottoming out? if so what do you suggest?

That or check to see if your driveshaft is hitting the crossmember below the bed. Might need to c-notch.

Shouldnt have to C notch though cause when im looking at it theres about 2 inches before the axle hits the frame when its bottomed out.

Get some silly putty or clay, and put it over all the suspicious spots, then bounce....This will not only identify the guilty spot, but will also tell you how much clearance the other spots have.

I had the same problem when I installed the 3/4! I couldnot take it anymore so I did the C-section. My Lightning would bottom out over speed bumps and dips in the road it had a terrible ride without the C-section. It was not that hard to install as long as you have a plasma cutter and a good drill! Here is a picture of my C-section installed!

All of the above stuff, plus the antiswaybar can get pinched between the axle and the frame on a big dip. Went to an oil change place with a pit and had a guy jumpin in the bed, and discovered this. Hotchkis says you can mount their bar on the bottom side of the axle to stop this problem, I ordered one, and will give it a try. I currently am running the beltech 3/4 with hals and a c notch. I also notched the bed rail above the pumpkin.

4" drop and you're still running the stock shocks
