So let me get this straight Jdm makes the S/B with two oval mufflers or two bullet mufflers and also a single magnaflow muffler. The bullets being the loudest then the dual ovals and then the single. Is this right or did I missunderstand something.

no the cats make a slight rattle noise too but thats just from running somthing I shouldn't have run in there, HAHAHAHAHA.

The mufflers are definetly the source of my rattle and I just can't seem to find out where they are touching anything at.

Cool

BLK02,

The 2 small round ones are the Silver Bullet. The other two setups are optional.

I have the single muffler setup.

All of the mufflers are polished stainless.

If you welded the mufflers together and you still have the rattle, That leads me to think that maybe its in the cats. I love my Bassani, but I can tell you this..............I have seen the jigs at JDM for the silver bullet cat back. They are a well made system, and I wouldn't think twice about purchasing one. I think the Bassani has a better "sound", but if something happens to my cat back, I'll buy the Silver bullet with out a second thought.

Iam telling you this from being in the shop and seeing what goes on

Good Luck in your decision
Im with gator silver bullet is awesome system. But nothing is louder then the Bassani and it has the best sound. Even Shaun at JDM told me the Bassani is a little louder then the silver bullet. But silver bullet is still an awesome system. Just wasnt around when i ordered my cat back HEHE

Joe,
I had the complete Bassani like you, shorty headers, high flow converters, and the cat back. I loved it, but now I have the JDM/ Kooks stepped longtubes, 3" midpipes (no converters) X-pipe, and the two muffler rear. All I can say is I like it a lot more than the Bassani, and like I said, I loved that exhaust. I don't have any WOT videos with it but I did make a little one with it in park so I could compare it to the one I have with the Bassani. If someone wants to host it, they can post it.

She is a beast for sure, for a 4x4 and the more I ride it the less I miss my Banshee.
I mean my Banshee would have killed it, but that would be comparing two different animals.

The Banshee;
Two stroke
350 Twin
Great pit wheeler and a hell of a good jumper.
But it is all high RPM power with just about zero torque.

700 Twin;
4-stroke
700 Twin
tons of torque, have yet to get it stuck, and I have tried.
And when you flip it to 2 wheel drive in high range she will take the 60 MPH speedo in a long trail.

Overall I am pleased in my decision to get rid of the Banshee for a 4x4 and with its independent suspension it has some serious ground clearence.

The owner of the Polaris shop where I bought it calls the 700 the Widow Maker because of the size of it I guess. At 740 dry pounds I would hate to have it land on me. When I was jumping with my Banshee once I got upside down and it landed on me breaking 7 ribs puncturing and collapsing my lung and broke my right shoulder. I was in the hospital for a full week needed to have my shoulder reconstructed and if it it was the 700 I doubt I would be here to talk about it. I needed to get rid of the Banshee because jumping is one of my favorate things to do, but with the Polaris if I get a few feet off the ground once in a while I will be happy.
I Have to try to stop flurting with the Devil since my boy was born, I need to see him grow up and I have been pushing my luck all my life...

Sorry for the long drawn out post, but that is just me....
Bill

Here are a couple of pictures that I just took of the beast..
