People said that about the Gen 2's when they debuted...

 

I like the front clip but not the rear. Not very stream-lined but I like some of the ideas they incorporated.

Almost looks like the new mustang that is supposed to come out soon. That is a nice package on that 5.0 engine also. Whether or not its worth more than 35K is another story.....

 

Being a ford performance enthusiast and owner of 2 classic mustangs( Red 65 GT coupe and calypso coral 70 boss 302) I find this car a total insult to ford heritage. What a waste of time and money...notice there are NO BIDS!!!

 

You guys are way too fast to insult the handiwork of others. It's certainly not anything I'd want to own, but I don't think it's all that bad either. Whole lot of work went into it, so appreciate it for that at least. As for there not being any bids, I've seen tons of Lightnings on Ebay with no bids, as well as many other cars. Give em a break...........

 

oh ****, i just realized. i looked at the picture on the page but i didnt look at the others. I took a look at front right and realized ive seen one exactly or at least very very similar like this on the road but it was red with black stripes. I was really confused as to what year it was but it looks freaking awesome. I almost crashed.

 

I had an 89 Stang Conv and thats basically what the interior looks like.. I kinda like it.. it does resemble the design of the new one.. but to each their own.. there were people that liked the Pacer too... and the Pacer station wagon..
I dont care too much for the style of the yet to be released Lightning, take my Gen2 anyday.. there are those that love it, the Gen 3 that is..
