is it possible for me to run 12s with just a
jdm intake, bassani headers and exhaust, and a 2lb lower pulley with the hitch off? i have already ran a 13.1@105.9 without the 2lb lower.this might be off track but for the jdm intake and the bassani headers and exhaust everyone saying they give no gains they sure did something for me. im not sure if the 2lb lower will give me the tenth i need or not. has anyone ever ran in the 12s with that small amount of mods?
I went 13.17@106.1 with a chip, 90mm maf, no muffler and an open mouth air filter with a 2.21 60'.
I think my 1/8 is 8.46@86 maybe at 87.

I did a 13.06 @ 103.3mph with JL Diablochip and his Ram Air Kit. However...later I put on the Bassani Catback and 3# Pulley with Denso Plugs and ran a best of 13.11 @106.7mph...however, my 60ft times never went below 2.00. Traction...go figure :o
Keep trying, because that is the rout I want to take(small mods) to get in the 12.9's. I have ran the best of 13.56 @ 101 stock and full weight on F1's. I want to get there without a chip first, and I think its possible.
Maybe some weight loss, you said no hitch, but what about spare and jack? Lose the tailgate, get some traction bars, borrow some slicks.

And like everyone else said...its all in your 60' time.
I also made it into the 12's without a chip.
