I still wonder if the Hootersmobile will ever resurface. Anybody out there know who ended up with what was left of it?
If you guys haven't been following it, RobG's new truck will be even more impressive. Check out some of his posts on the Harley Truck owners site.
His 2003 H-D was driven straight from the dealer to his shop in January, and has not left there since. Still only 42 miles on the clock, but hardly a piece left untouched that hasn't been buffed, chromed or polished. Don't know yet when the truck will make it's debut, but it will make quite a hit.

hey bob! it's been a while.. you going to WFC6?

 

I've not spent a lot of time on the boards for a while. My wife got very seriously ill last August and spent 5 months in the hospital. That kinda consumed most of my time. She's doing much better now though, but just returned to work several weeks ago.
I am in the finishing stages of installing a built
engine in my 2002 True Blue and should have all the bugs worked out before WFC. Looking forward to getting back to the dragstrips to have some fun again. After last year I really need it.

The Hootersmobile is being restored as we speak. I spoke to the new owner the other day, he works at a bodyshop and is bringing it back to life.
