Standard warranty soon expiring

on my 2kl. Intercooler replaced (eventhough not leaking), clunk eliminated. Will they put PM door crack kit in, even if no cracks in door (see intercooler issue above)? Any other things? Power steering makes Psshhh noise, but that is considered "normal" ? Thanks for any help. Premium extended warranty should handle mech. & elec. issues, I hope! Has been a great truck so far.

How's your driver's side seat cushion. I'm having mine replaced.

Thanks all 'youse guys for replying

A few tongues must be firmly placed in cheeks (upper ones you filthy-minded people). NOBODY ADDRESSED DOOR CRACK Kit IN FIRST POST? Fog lights don't seem to be cracked--looked at them often? Presume cracks to be blatantly obvious? Rear window not leaking and driver's seat cushion doesn't appear to need replacing? Symptom is bar on edge starting to come through right? Guess door crack PM kit and power steering pssshhh are all that need addressing? So, how about my "crack to be"? I think I hear the sound of thousands of crack jokes on the way. Thanks for any help or creative humorous remarks!

I just noticed only 'sutherners" have helped you out. Interesting. lmao. As for the door cracks, if you don't have one yet and you open and close your window regularly, well, don't start. lol. Seriously, if you can keep from using the window, do so. Because if they need to repair it, it will have to be repainted obviously and that can be a nightmare if the body shop is not good. They do have a preventative fix that you could look into though.

Thanks Frank--another helpful sutherner

Obviously, using "youse guys" didn't expand my response pool beyond the south--or they took offense? Can yyou have preventive fix put in if you don't have crack? Thanks

Yes. Do a search and there should be a TSB for it. If I remember right, they weld/glue a piece of metal, or something (BBQMAN will be proud) to the inside of the door to strengthen that area.
