Plug suggestions for use with my mods..??

Setup prior to last week. No pinging or detonation in ALL temperature conditions:

JDM Stage I & II using NGK TR6s -

Cobra Waterpump
Boost Bypass
Single Blade TB
Electric Fan Kit
Ford Racing Breather Cap
Old style cat-back exhaust
Line Mod Valve
Dual Program Flip Chip - 2 yr old program/not very aggresive
Cold Air Kit
2# lower

Ran a best of 12.801 @ 108.92 - 1.84 60' on F1s

Current setup as of last Saturday. Still running the NGKs:

Added:

#4 lower
#1 upper
Factory Tech VB
New, more aggresive burn on the chip - Jim said it's his most popular program for trucks in the 12.9 - high 10 sec. range. 50/50 race gas mix required on Side II.

I've only gotten into the boost a little bit with the NGKs in. No signs of pinging or detonation. Temps have been anywhere from 60 - 70 degrees.

I ordered some Denso IT22 because I was told they run colder.

I'm just looking for some feedback as far as what you folks are using plug-wise and if you have any pros or cons about the Densos VS. NGKs.

Thanks!!

IT22's are a good choice as are IT20's

I had a bit of detonation during the super hot/humid days of summer last year. A majority was caused by the 'safe' file on the chip as another file did not duplicate the issue.

I personally run IT20s with my 4# but I've heard many run IT22s...

Sal told me Denso IT20s @ .036-.038 was ideal for my 4#er.

The 22s are colder than the 20s.

I run NGK BR7EFs(5 lb pulley) with Denso IT24s waitin' on the bench.

I'd run what JIM said. I'm guessing he said TR6's gapped at .034 or something...

I told him that I was currently running the TR6s and planned to go to the Densos. He was in sort of a hurry, and didn't really say good/bad/indifferent.
