Just wondering...if I were to remove my windshield washer resevoir and relocate my battery under the bed, would I be able to mount a ten pound nitrous bottle in that area? I searched through NHRA's rules, but couldn't find anything that said I couldn't. Any thoughts or opinions on this?

 

Not sure, but I wouldn't want to mount something that explosive where it can get that hot....

 

You wouldn't need a bottle heater...

 

hmmm, a small pressurized container near a very high heat source . . . .. might be ok if you never filled it entirely, just always half full or something, but honestly it sounds like a nice shrapnal bomb.
